55 year old who underwent CoolSculpting at another office and had the complication of PAH (Paroxysmal Adipose Hyperplasia) where the fat grows instead of shrinking. That PAH fat is dense and hard to remove with traditional liposuction. She underwent VASER-assisted liposuction/liposculpting along with a full tummy tuck. She is seen before surgery and 3 months post-op.
