Healthy 38-year-old who underwent transaxillary (underarm) endoscopic subfascial (over-the-muscle) augmentation with Mentor Smooth Silicone Moderate Plus Xtra 350cc implants. She is seen 3 months post-op. She went from a B cup to a full C or small D cup.
