37 year old who underwent inframammary subfascial (over-the-muscle) augmentation with Mentor Smooth Round Xtra Moderate Plus Profile 350cc cohesive silicone implants along with removal of an extra nipple at the bottom of her left breast. She is seen 1 year post-op.
