Bilateral submuscular textured 325cc implants placed by another plastic surgeon and developed bilateral capsular contractures within 3 months. I revised her by performing complete removal of her scar tissue capsules (capsulectomies) and replacing her implants with Mentor 350cc smooth silicone. She is seen 3 months later.
