Patient Details
Had 250cc submuscular smooth saline implants placed by another plastic surgeon. I revised her by closing off the scar tissue capsule and placing 325cc Sientra Cohesive Smooth Moderate Plus Profile Silicone implants in the subfascial (over the muscle) pocket. She is seen 3 months post-op.
