Patient Details
37-year-old mom who has submuscular saline implants placed by another doctor 22 years ago. Her implants drifted apart and downward. She underwent exchange of her saline implants for Mentor cohesive silicone 450cc BOOST implants along with an internal breast implant lift, transfer to the subfascial (over-the-muscle) plane, and periareolar "donut" mastopexy (to make her areola diameters smaller). She is seen 3 months post-op.
