Patient Details
Middle-aged female who had McGhan 380cc textured anatomic submuscular implant placed by another doctor over 20 years ago. She developed bilateral Grade 3 capsular contractures with high-riding firm implants. She underwent bilateral removal of the implants and scar tissue capsules (capsulectomies) along with placement of her new 415cc Allergan smooth round silicone implants in the subfascial (above-the-muscle) position. She is seen 3 months post-op.
